That means no insurance co-pays, deductibles, or co-insurance fees. Renewed Wellness offers several concierge plans which ensure individualized care. Our plans provide basic to high-end healthcare services. Membership is limited, allowing for improved access and personalized care.
Renewed Wellness offers plans starting at $85 per month with discounted rates for families and corporate groups. Pay per visit and home visits are also available as needed. While most services are covered with concierge plans, your membership can be augmented to accommodate your needs. Home visits are available to all patients, additional fees apply.
Your plan will cover primary and preventative care services as described below. At times, your care may require durable medical supplies or third-party services which are not included in your plan (i.e. specialists, hospitalization, laboratory, pathology, radiology tests, and prescription medications not provided in office). Your insurance may cover all or a portion of these fees. Our staff can help you understand and obtain reimbursement forms to give to your insurance carrier.
Basic, Deluxe, and Premium plans may be paid monthly, bi-annually, or annually. 10% discount is given when paid annually.
Payment is due at the time of service for single visits.
